History

Paving Contractors has been dedicated to improving the infrastructure of Virginia through VDOT projects as well as projects from the private sector since 1950. Its founder, Eli Barrack, Sr. would instill the principles of quality work done with pride to his son, Eli "E.C" Barrack, Jr. E.C. would use these principles for decades to come, with great avail. Today, Paving Contractors, Inc. is owned and operated by E.C.'s three sons, Chris, Wade, and Terry, who continue to use their great-grandfather's principles in all the aspects of their day-to-day operations.
